Hydrogen Group is representing a leading international firm seeking a Real Estate Finance lawyer to join its London Banking practice. The team acts for lenders and borrowers on a broad range of corporate lending transactions, including large investment‑grade facilities and cross‑border financings.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years PQE with experience in club and syndicated transactions, and a strong working knowledge of LMA documentation and cashflow covenants.
