Technical Director — Civil & Utilities (Hybrid, London)

COWI in London is seeking a Technical Director to lead civil and utilities design teams on UK water and infrastructure projects. You will guide technical deliverables, ensure QA, manage projects and line management for engineers, while shaping the technical strategy and client relationships.

You will foster innovative solutions to reduce carbon, oversee safety and CDM compliance, and drive bids and business development from the office.
