Luxury Jewellery Store Manager – Lead & Grow Sales

Diamonds Factory in Norwich is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a small team on the shop floor of a luxury jewellery brand. You will report to the Regional Sales Manager and take ownership of day-to-day store operations while coaching staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

This hands-on leadership role requires at least five years of management experience in retail, with a strong background in sales, service and relationship-building. Jewellery experience preferred.
