Head of Product, AI‑Enabled HRIS & Growth

Arbor Education is seeking a strategic Product Director to lead SAMpeople (HRIS, ATS and integrations). You will shape long-term vision, manage a high‑performing team, and report to the CPO, steering the product strategy and AI-enabled evolution across the SDLC.

You will translate business goals into a concrete roadmap, work with GTM, marketing, sales and CS to support launches, and drive growth while improving customer satisfaction in a remote UK environment.
