AsaSeniorITInfrastructureEngineer,youwillplayakeyrolewithintheInfrastructureteam,supportingthedesign,implementationandmanagementofcoreICTsystemsacrosstheorganisation.Youwillworkacrossservers,cloudplatforms,networking,securityanddisasterrecovery,ensuringsystemsremainsecure,resilientandhighlyavailable.
KeyResponsibilities:
- Design,implementandmaintainenterpriseinfrastructuresolutionsacrossservers,cloudplatforms,networksandrelatedtechnologies.
- Supporttheongoingdevelopmentofasecureandadaptableinfrastructureenvironmentacrossmultiplelocations.
- ManageandmaintainMicrosoft-basedtechnologiesincludingActiveDirectory,FederationServices,ExchangeandWindowsServerenvironments.
- SupportAzureandMicrosoftCloudservices,includingEntraIDandassociatedtechnologies.
- Assistwithinfrastructurelifecycleplanning,upgradesandfuturetechnologyimprovements.
- Supportthedesign,testingandmaintenanceofDisasterRecoveryandbusinesscontinuitysolutions.
- Managebackupandreplicationsolutions,includingVeeamBackupandReplication.
- Supportnetworkinfrastructureincludingrouters,firewalls,TCP/IPandconnectivitysolutions.
- WorkcloselywithInformationSecurityteamstomaintainasecurity-firstapproachacrossinfrastructurearchitecture.
- Supportmonitoring,incidentresolutionandrootcauseanalysisforinfrastructureandsecurity-relatedissues.
- MaintainaccuratedocumentationandensureallchangesarerecordedthroughITSMprocesses.
