- Managing a portfolio of residential and commercial properties across Worcestershire, Gloucestershire and surrounds
- Role involves tenants relations, property maintenance, compliance, inspections
- Day to day administration of a varied property portfolio
- Build positive relationships with tenants, landlords, contractors and managing agents
- Obtain and maintain all tenancy and legal documentation
- Carry out inventories, interim inspections and check outs
- Property management experience preferable
- FULL UK DRIVING LICENCE ESSENTIAL
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
