We are recruiting for a Factory Supervisor to join a well-established manufacturing business based in Blaenavon.
This is a hands-on, shop floor-based role where you will be responsible for leading a production team and ensuring operations run efficiently and safely.
Key responsibilities include: – Supervising daily production operations across filling and labelling lines – Leading and supporting a team on the shop floor – Driving output and ensuring KPI targets are met – Maintaining high standards of quality and health & safety – Acting as the link between planning and production – Troubleshooting issues and minimising downtime
This is not a desk-based role – you will be actively involved on the shop floor day-to-day.
Requirements: – Experience within manufacturing or production – Previous experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader or Senior Operator – Strong understanding of health & safety and quality standards – Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Salary: 35,000 – 40,000 depending on experience
Hours: Monday – Thursday 6:30am – 5:00pm Friday 7:00am – 3:00pm Early finish on Fridays.
