Commis Chef: Fast-Paced Pub Kitchen, Path to Sous

Marston’s is seeking a Commis Chef to join our team. Prep, create and bring our pub menu to life, learning new prepping skills and owning a section of the kitchen.

You’ll work in a fast-paced team, support daily kitchen operations, and have opportunities to progress toward Sous Chef through our DNA career pathway and apprenticeship programmes. We offer flexible, part-time hours and benefits across our pubs and hotels.
