Lead HLTA: Cover Classes Across EYFS–KS2

Academics is recruiting a Higher Level Teaching Assistant to support pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 in a school in the Oldbury area starting September 2026.

The HLTA will cover classes and small groups, and be able to assist in planning and classroom routines while working closely with teachers to uphold high standards of learning and behaviour. This role offers a supportive school environment and opportunities to contribute to pupil progress.
