Inclusive Jam & Preserves Production Lead

Minstead Trust is seeking a dedicated production assistant to join their busy preserves kitchen, supporting adults with neuro disabilities to learn jam and preserves skills and to produce handmade jams, marmalades, and chutneys for sale. You will help maintain hygiene, assist with packaging and label creation, and contribute to developing new seasonal products.
