YO! Sushi in Belfast is seeking a hands-on Operations role. You will support kitchen activities, assist with food preparation and sushi rolling, and uphold strict hygiene standards. The position requires a good work ethic and a proactive attitude to ensure smooth service.

You will work across the kitchen, pass and hot sections, maintaining stock, accuracy in records, and delivering an exceptional guest experience across every shift.
