Dynamic Cover Supervisor — Lead Classrooms, No Planning

Academics is seeking a confident cover supervisor for Wirral secondary schools, starting September. You won’t plan or mark lessons; your role is to own the room, establish boundaries, and keep teenagers focused while the teacher is away.

We welcome candidates from education, sports coaching, youth work, or security, with a calm, authoritative presence and strong behavior management. An Enhanced DBS is preferred.
