Leading a diverse portfolio of highways, engineering and transport services, you will play a key role in delivering the infrastructure that supports our communities, economic growth and environmental ambitions. As a member of our Corporate Leadership Network, you will influence strategic decision making, drive transformation and help shape the future of the county borough.
This is an opportunity for someone who can inspire others, build strong partnerships and shape the future of transport, infrastructure and engineering services across Neath Port Talbot. - Lead confidently through change, complexity and major incidents
