Interpath, a fast-growing international advisory business, seeks a Head of Reward to design and lead the global reward strategy. You will oversee compensation, equity, benchmarking and governance across multiple geographies, reporting to the Chief People Officer with a dotted line to the CFO.

You will lead executive remuneration and reward analytics while ensuring competitive practices, compliance, and alignment with business growth and talent strategies across the firm.
