Hybrid Service Helpdesk Coordinator – Customer Focused

Allstaff is seeking a Service Helpdesk Coordinator to join our busy service team near Blantyre. The role is full-time with hours 7:30am–4:30pm, 40 hours per week, with a hybrid option after probation.

Responsibilities include logging service requests, updating portals, and coordinating with customers and engineers to resolve issues efficiently. A minimum of 12 months in a similar role is required, with strong communication and IT skills.
