Second Chef — Build a Welcoming Care Kitchen (40h)

Caraway House Care Home in Selsey is seeking a talented Second Chef to help establish the kitchen as the service opens. Working with the Head Chef, you will help deliver welcoming, well-organised dining with meals residents can rely on daily.

You will take ownership of food preparation, tailor meals to dietary needs, maintain hygiene and safety, contribute to menu planning, and support a positive, professional kitchen culture across the home.
