Luxury Hotel Chef – Pre-Opening & Fine Dining

Dallas Burston Polo Club in Warwickshire is seeking an experienced Chef to join the pre- and post-opening kitchen team and support ongoing expansion. You will prepare and serve meals to our guests, ensuring consistency with the F&B Manager’s specifications and health and safety standards.

You will maintain mise en place, manage stock rotation, minimise waste, and train junior chefs as required, while upholding high cleanliness and professional conduct across departments.
