Care Worker Sponsorship UK – Spotlight Healthcare Expressions of Interest 2026
Expressions of interest for Care Worker (SOC 6135) and Senior Care Worker (SOC 6136) positions are now open. These roles may lead to training toward NVQ qualifications and potential UK visa sponsorship in 2026. Sponsorship is available only to candidates already in the UK with permission to stay, and for England, the roles must be with a CQC certified provider.
Job Details

- Hours: 24‑hour coverage with shifts including mornings and nights (sleep shifts)
- Potential Sponsorship: Expression of interest only; no guarantee of vacancies or sponsorship.
Responsibilities
- Provide support to clients with learning and/or mental difficulties, including assistance with daily living tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of care and report incidents as required.
- Adhere to CQC standards and organisational policies at all times.
