Broughton Sanctuary & Avalon Wellbeing seeks a Head of Sales & Marketing to lead the sales strategy across retreats, corporate events, cottages and guest experiences. This is a build role to create a clear sales system and align marketing with the same commercial goals.

You will proactively source new clients, manage the funnel, and collaborate with marketing support while ensuring health and safety across the department. Flexible hours and a discretionary bonus are part of the package.
