As a Commis Chef, you’ll support the kitchen team in preparing and presenting high-quality dishes while developing your skills across different sections. You’ll maintain excellent hygiene and food safety standards, assist senior chefs during service, and play an important role in delivering a great dining experience for our guests.
Your Role as Commis Chef
As a Commis Chef, you will support the kitchen brigade in preparing fresh, high-quality dishes and learning from experienced chefs. This is the perfect role for someone passionate about developing their culinary skills.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare ingredients and support cooking across all sections.
- Maintain high food hygiene and safety standards.
- Assist senior chefs during service.
- Follow recipes and instructions accurately.
- Keep work areas clean, organised, and compliant.
- Show initiative and enthusiasm for learning.
