Impress is seeking a proactive Treatment Coordinator to deliver a world-class patient journey across our clinics. You will engage with patients, explain treatment options, and support them from inquiry to financing.
In this permanent full-time role (40 hours/week), you will meet KPIs, call and follow up with customers to drive sales, coordinate with booking teams, and maintain accurate records to improve the patient journey.
