Graduate Inclusion Coach in Schools – Start Your Impact

Teaching Personnel is recruiting Graduate Inclusion Support Assistants to work in schools across East Manchester, Stockport and Tameside, supporting pupils with SEMH needs. This role provides valuable experience for careers in teaching, educational psychology, social work and youth services.

You will provide 1:1 and small group support, help students develop confidence and positive behaviours, support wellbeing, and work with teachers and pastoral staff to maintain an inclusive classroom.
