Strategic Legal Counsel — Transactions & Commercial Ops

Jeppesen ForeFlight is seeking a qualified Legal Counsel, Transactions & Commercial Operations to join the Office of the General Counsel. Reporting to senior counsel, this role supports a broad portfolio of corporate transactions and commercial operations, including M&A, governance, insurance, finance, collections, real estate, and litigation.

You will collaborate with the corporate paralegal and senior counsel, with flexibility to evolve as business needs change.
