Sous Chef – Luxury Events & On-site Catering (London)

Hamilton Mayday in London is seeking a skilled Sous Chef to lead events and luxury catering. Based at our East London production kitchen, you’ll prepare high-end dishes and oversee service at prestigious venues across the city.

You’ll support the Head Chef, manage junior cooks, ensure food safety and presentation, and adapt to fast-paced event schedules, including weekends and evenings. A passion for exceptional food and guest experience is essential.
