West Sussex County Council is seeking a Residential Childcare Worker at Blue Cove, Worthing. You will provide a safe, nurturing environment for young people aged 12–18 during times of crisis, building trust and supporting their individual plans through a range of activities and learning opportunities.
The role involves shift work (07:00–22:00), every other weekend, and occasional sleep-ins with enhanced pay.
