In-House Real Estate Counsel — Development & Asset Management

Energy Jobline ZR in London is seeking a commercially minded Legal Counsel to join a small in-house team. This broad role offers exposure across commercial property, asset management, financing and related matters, working with senior stakeholders across the business.

You will draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements, support property finance transactions and help manage legal risk across a large mixed-use portfolio. England & Wales qualification and 3–5 years’ PQE are expected.
