Team Leader – Hospitality Champion & Customer Experience

Hungry Horse is seeking a Team Leader to guide a busy shift at White Barn (Cuddington). You’ll lead by example, ensure the team has everything they need, and make sure the shift runs like clockwork, with every customer receiving a warm welcome and a memorable experience.

Deputising for the management team, you’ll help organise and coordinate the team, maintain high standards, and keep the bar safe, legal, and clean.
