Student Progress Coach (Fixed-Term) – Empower Learners

York College is seeking a Progress Coach on a fixed-term contract to support students and their carers, liaising with parents and employers where appropriate.

You will deliver individual and group tutorials, create learning resources, track progress, coordinate progression and employability activities, and help students apply to higher education or employment. Start September 2026, ending July 2027.
