Counter Balance Forklift Driver

Counter Balance Forklift Driver (TT FLTCB-Har 26) – Harlow, England

In this role you will operate a counter balance forklift in a global food manufacturing environment, contributing to the efficient movement of materials in a busy warehouse or production support area.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate counter balance forklift in accordance with company safety guidelines.
• Assist with loading and unloading of pallets, ensuring accurate handling and storage.
• Work in rotation across early, late and night shifts (06:00–14:00, 14:00–22:00, 22:00–06:00). Must be able to rotate shifts.
• Participate in occasional weekend overtime at 1.5x rate after 40 hours worked.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Valid Counter Balance Forklift Licence (PTL or equivalent) with PPT endorsement.
• Experience operating a forklift in a warehouse or production support environment.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to work competitive shift patterns and overtime as required.

Pay & Hours

Hourly rate: £14.00 – £16.32. Overtime paid at 1.5x rate. Dual alternating shift pattern across weekdays and weekends.
