Forklift Combi Driver

Overview

We are looking for a Forklift Combi Driver to join a busy production factory in Offchurch – Leamington Spa. The position is long‑term, with a possibility of a permanent contract after a qualifying period.

Work Hours

Monday to Friday, Fixed PM shift: 13:00 – 21:30.

Compensation

£15.00 per hour basic, with overtime paid after 40 hours. Pay increase after 12 weeks.

Requirements

• Valid Forklift Combi / Counterbalance licence (required).
• Other licences advantageous (Reach / VNA).
• Previous experience operating a Combi Counterbalance FLT.
• Ability to work unsupervised when required.
• Adherence to health and safety rules on site.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload goods, ensuring safe logistical movement of stock in varying sizes, palletised, boxed, shipment containers.
• Check paperwork and orders.
• Support general warehouse tasks as required.
• Follow all trained processes and maintain a safe working environment.
• Maintain and care for the forklift and warehouse equipment.
