Job Summary

We may conduct our interviews in person or using Microsoft Teams for video calling. All you need is a device with a camera and access to the internet. We will provide guidance and instructions on how to use this method if your interview is being held virtually.

This 4 on 4 off post is based within our Care at Home Service. Reporting to the Care at Home Manager, you will be involved in supporting service users in the community to live independently within their own homes.

• Assist with all aspects of personal care as described in the role profile.
• Attend to service users on a mobile basis, spending more than 90% of time working in the community.
• Adhere to the Service Support Standards and provide care according to NHS and local guidelines.

You will be required to register with the SSSC within 6 months of commencing in post.
