Senior Corporate Counsel: Fintech M&A & Strategy

Checkout Ltd in London seeks a Senior Legal Counsel to join our Corporate Legal team. You will advise on major corporate transactions such as M&A, equity and debt financing, and oversee treasury, tax, real estate, IP, ESOP and ESG matters while acting with day-to-day autonomy.

Reporting to the VP, Legal, this role involves leading on transactional projects, coordinating with external counsel, and guiding governance and policy development in a fast-paced, growth-focused fintech environment.
