Head Dim Sum Chef – Luxury Fine-Dining Kitchen Lead

Estelle Manor is seeking an experienced Head Dim Sum Chef to lead our Fine Dining Chinese Restaurant. You will provide leadership, manage the kitchen budget, and ensure quality and safety standards across dim sum operations at the 85-acre Oxfordshire estate.

As head of the kitchen, you will oversee the Dim Sum menu, guide front-of-house handoffs, and uphold Estelle Manor standards for a superior guest experience, while driving consistency and culinary excellence.
