Customer Experience Advisor – Office-Based | Sales Support

Lyreco Group is seeking a Customer Care Advisor for an office-based role in Donnington–Telford. The position offers a full-time, permanent schedule with a 9am-5:30pm workday and a salary of £26,227.50 per year.

You will work to support sales teams, maintain customer records, and promote products during calls. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and telephone skills, be highly organized, and able to work effectively in a team to achieve shared goals.
