Senior Health Policy Account Director

Syneos Health Communications is recruiting an Account Director to support policy work across Europe. You will lead policy client relationships, oversee account teams, and shape strategic planning, budgeting and business development.

This role offers senior leadership exposure, mentorship of staff, and accountability for project outcomes. You will translate client needs into expert health policy communications, manage budgets, and contribute to proposals and new business opportunities.
