Role Overview: This global tech firm is looking for a client‑facing Infrastructure Manager / Infrastructure Architect to transition into a Technical Consultant role. You will provide expertise in project, support, and sales across multiple organisations, advising on IT strategy, project implementation, and ongoing support.
Responsibilities:
- Lead infrastructure projects from inception to delivery, collaborating with pre‑sales teams on design and implementation.
- Advise clients on best‑practice IT strategy, platform design, and technology roadmap.
- Provide technical support and guidance for enterprise infrastructure environments.
- Maintain client relationships and ensure satisfaction throughout project lifecycles.
Technical Skills / Environment:
- Windows Server, Unix/Linux
- VMware, Citrix, Hyper‑V
- Powershell, Active Directory, Cisco UCS, networking
- Office365, Azure, AWS, cyber security
