International Software House is looking for a mid-level Business Analyst (competency level of 2-3 years) with experience of requirements gathering and documentation. The successful Business Analyst will work for a market leader with an impressive history and more exciting future. The Business Analyst will be working on the development of cutting edge software projects (enterprise level and ERP/MRP) for multi billion dollar company.
As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for building key relationships between business functions and ensuring that technology requirements are identified and met. The role includes the delivery of activities following an agile way of working from inception through analysis or specification or user‑acceptance testing and delivery of detailed user documentation. The Business Analyst will be involved in multiple projects across a variety of industry sectors.
Responsibilities
- Build key relationships between business functions and technology teams.
- Identify and document technology requirements.
- Deliver agile activities from inception through analysis, specification, user‑acceptance testing, and detailed documentation.
- Support multiple projects across various industry sectors.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Experience on software development projects.
- Experience in project resource management.
- Experience in stakeholder management.
- Experience in requirements gathering and gap analysis.
- Experience in functional analysis and design.
- Professional qualification such as SSADM, ISEB, or BCS is highly advantageous.
- Knowledge of Agile methodology preferred.
