Senior Sales Leader – Vehicle Funding & Fleet Growth

Ayvens Group is seeking a General Sales Manager to drive growth across vehicle funding and fleet management in the UK. You will lead Field Sales and Telesales/Retention, shaping commercial strategy and partnering with Lombard and NatWest stakeholders to deliver targets.

You will oversee pipeline, forecasting and reporting, while developing strategic relationships with senior leaders and driving initiatives across SME, corporate and retail segments.
