Caravel is expanding its UK underwriting team for Development, Bridging and Mezzanine loans backed by real estate assets. You’ll perform deep credit analysis, structure transactions, and challenge assumptions to ensure risk-adjusted returns.
You’ll work with originators, senior decision-makers and external advisers to move opportunities from review to funding, producing robust credit papers and contributing to pricing and execution.
