Department Manager – Lead 20+ Team, Drive Service & Sales

Bunnings is seeking a Department Manager to oversee daily operations, sales, and high-volume stock management within your specialist area. You will lead a 20+ strong team, train staff for Best Experience, and drive service and operations across the department.

You will monitor customer service levels, liaise with Merchandising, Store Leadership and Health & Safety teams, and build strong supplier relationships to maintain our Widest Range and Best Prices.
