Initially this will be a designate role to cover Bristol and could cover several of our stores across the area. Being flexible to travel across this area would be essential for this role. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll support the Store Manager, take ownership across the shop floor, and step up to lead the store in their absence. As a leader of your store, flexibility across days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays will be essential.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Support the Store Manager in driving sales, performance and store standards
- Take ownership of the shop floor, leading by example every day
- Step up to run the store in the Store Manager’s absence
- Lead, coach and motivate your team to deliver their best
- Drive KPIs and identify opportunities to improve performance
