Development Manager – Donor Stewardship & Fundraising

Francis Holland Schools Trust is seeking a motivated development professional to lead our donor engagement across capital fundraising, regular giving and legacy campaigns. You will foster a culture of donor care within our school community, collaborating with Marketing, Outreach and Alumni Relations to inspire support.

The role also covers data management, reporting and donor events, with a focus on growing donor numbers and contributions while delivering activities on time and within budget.
