Shift Production Manager: Rolling Stock Maintenance Lead

Siemens Mobility in Manchester is seeking a Shift Production Manager for the Ardwick traincare facility. You will deliver the Train Service Agreement, plan and resource a team of Supervisors and Technicians to complete rolling stock maintenance on time, and manage defects to ensure a reliable service.

This role requires shift work including days and nights; you will plan resources, optimise coverage, and drive continuous improvement to meet KPIs and contractual targets.
