About the role

As a Floor Server, you will ensure guests have the best experience by serving drinks on the course and maintaining a welcoming environment so they can enjoy their visit without stopping at the bar.

Essential

• Customer service experience
• Effective communicator
• Effective time management and organisation skills
• PC literate with ability to use booking systems and mobile devices for drinks orders

Desired

• Previous experience in hosting or serving
• Basic knowledge of bar products
• Cash and payment card handling experience

Training

Full training on brand values, products and service standards will be provided to any successful candidate.
