Role
We are hiring Full-Time Sales Assistants to join one of our exciting stores based in Bury. This is a full-time position working 37.5 hours per week with full flexibility Monday – Sunday.
The role of a Sales Assistant is the heartbeat of our business. You will be the face of the store, showcase our diverse products, and provide the best shopping experience for our guests. Your objective is to help customers find the right products and create a first‑class shopping experience through exceptional service, attitude, and behaviours.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Make our customers feel like VIPs with your service, ensuring they leave with smiles and a great impression of our shop.
- Become proficient in all our products, helping customers make perfect choices that suit their needs and preferences.
- Provide expert product knowledge and advice to customers.
- Team up with your colleagues to hit store targets, keeping the shop floor fun and delivering excellent service together as a team.
- Keep the store sparkling clean and inviting, maintaining an organized and visually appealing environment.
- Participate enthusiastically in training sessions to grow personally and professionally.
- Stay up to date with current trends and product knowledge to effectively assist customers.
- Handle transactions with a smile and make every purchase a perfect conclusion to the shopping experience.
