Commis Chef

Luxury department store, Harvey Nichols, is searching for a new Commis Chef to join the team in Bristol.

About the role

• Work underneath one of our experienced chefs to support the kitchen team
• Prepare all the ingredients for our fine dining menus
• Operate all the kitchen equipment needed to deliver great food experiences for our customers
• Show we are obsessed with customer and colleague experience and service by maintaining a high standard of hygiene, health and safety
• Develop a high level of food knowledge
• Work closely with your team and celebrate fabulousness wherever you see it
• Flexibility is a must; hospitality service can’t wait during weekends and evenings!
