Compensation
Housekeeping Supervisor receives a competitive base pay plus monthly service charge that is shared with all team members. The service charge is typically around £160 per month (approx. £2,000 per year).
Role Overview
As a Housekeeping Supervisor you will keep all front‑of‑house areas and guest bedrooms gleaming and ready for arrival. Experience in a housekeeping role or similar is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean rooms and lounge, ensuring the hotel looks and feels welcoming.
- Inspect all areas to verify readiness for guest arrival.
- Lead by example and train less experienced staff.
- Maintain up‑to‑date COSHH training.
- Collaborate across departments when needed.
