HGV Workshop Shift Lead (4-on 4-off)

MAN Truck & Bus UK is hiring a Shift Supervisor in Stockton on a full-time basis, operating a 4 on 4 off shift pattern. The role involves supervising technicians and apprentices, ensuring timely job card processing and adherence to standards.

You will ensure MAN processes and health and safety rules are followed, act as a link between managers and the team, and assist with planning training to support workshop staff and clear communication between front desk and service staff.
