Counterbalance Forklift Operator – Seasonal to Perm

Adecco is seeking a Counterbalance Forklift Driver in Southminster for a seasonal, rotating 12-hour shift pattern. The role offers an immediate start with a temporary-to-permanent pathway and involves loading, unloading, and stocking materials across the site.

You must hold a valid Counterbalance forklift licence with at least six months’ experience, plus basic IT skills and good health & safety awareness. Overtime is paid after 40 hours at 1.5x rate. Flexibility and reliability are essential.
