Trauma-Informed Youth Mentor & Transport Support

YoungEducation is seeking passionate Youth Mentors in Hatfield to support pupils who may face barriers to learning. You will collect young people from home, transport them to education settings, and engage them in activities to build confidence and wellbeing.

You will work 1:1 and in small groups, applying trauma-informed approaches, maintaining safeguarding standards, and recording progress. A full UK driving licence and a resilient, empathic attitude are essential.
